РАЗВИТИЕ ПОТЕНЦИАЛА 

Наш проект направлен на улучшение консультационных возможностей частных и государственных поставщиков услуг (например, сельскохозяйственных консультационных компаний, промышленных ассоциаций) по вопросам экологически устойчивого использования ресурсов. С помощью тренингов и экспертных коучингов мы консультируем представителей различных секторов, таких как сельское хозяйство, аквакультура, лесное хозяйство, экотуризм и животноводство, на разных уровнях - от отдельных людей до целых организаций. Кроме того, наш проект разрабатывает инновационные межотраслевые консультационные и информационные пакеты по устойчивому использованию ресурсов. 

Например, мы организовываем тренинги по повышению квалификации специалистов по планированию в области применения географических информационных систем (ГИС) и использования данных наблюдения Земли, а также других цифровых инструментов планирования. Учебные модули ГИС охватывают, в частности, управление водными ресурсами, землепользование, гидрологию и лесное хозяйство. Для этого наш проект тесно сотрудничает с Институтом Райнера Лемуана (RLI) для проведения учебных курсов по ГИС на основе модулей. В рамках обучения по ГИС мы организовали учебную поездку в Германию для узбекистанских и казахстанских партнеров для участия в семинаре RLI, конференции по ГИС и посещения Потсдамского института изучения климатических изменений (PIK). Новые приобретенные навыки и взаимоотношения с коллегами позволяют нашим партнерам укреплять сотрудничество и шире использовать ГИС в своей повседневной работе.  

Кроме того, наш проект сотрудничает с Немецким аэрокосмическим центром (DLR). Вместе мы создали лабораторию ГИС в Аграрном университете в г. Нукус, а также геопортал для улучшенной визуализации и анализа результатов. DLR проводит обработку спутниковых данных оптических снимков Landsat и Sentinel-2 для получения различных базовых продуктов для дальнейшего применения и планирования деятельности. Эти продукты состоят из нескольких карт, отражающих современную природно-климатическую ситуацию, а также эволюцию заброшенных пахотных земель, развитие естественной растительности и оголенных почв в регионах вокруг Аральского моря и его осушенного дна.  

Картографичекие данные применяются для подбора потенциальных участков для выращивания артемии и для оценки участков, для мер по облесению осушенного дна Аральского моря. Разрабатываемые карты также будут охватывать всю проектную территорию проекта и способствовать региональной трансграничной деятельности.

STEERING COMMITTEE MEETING OF ECO ARAL IN TASHKENT 2022-2023

Since its launch in 2020, every year the regional project of GIZ ECO ARAL holds a Steering Committee Meeting (SCM) to discuss the implemented activities of the past year and to discuss the plans for the upcoming year.
