Все наши усилия, пилотные проекты и реализованные меры преобразованы в рекомендации по выработке политик для наших политических партнеров в Узбекистане и Казахстане.
Например, в секторе лесного хозяйства наш проект разработал серию карт (почвы, растительности, гидрогеологии и климата) казахстанской части осушенного дна Аральского моря. На основе этих карт мы разработали рекомендации по возможностям проведения мероприятий по облесению. Лица, принимающие решения, могут использовать карты и рекомендации для стратегического планирования облесения и других мер (например, маршрутов экотуризма, восстановления пастбищ), что, в свою очередь, может помочь в борьбе с опустыниванием, деградацией земель, сохранении биоразнообразия и улучшении условий жизни людей, живущих в этих районах.
Наш проект также поддержал визит делегации Комитета лесного хозяйства Республики Узбекистан на казахстанскую часть осушенного Аральского дна. Мы организовали двустороннюю встречу для обмена опытом и определения направлений дальнейшего сотрудничества и взаимодействия между двумя странами. В ходе визита между Государственным комитетом Республики Узбекистан по лесному хозяйству и Министерством экологии и природных ресурсов Республики Казахстан была подписана межправительственная Дорожная карта «Совместные мероприятия по сотрудничеству в области лесного хозяйства: 2021-2022».
Вместе с двумя другими проектами GIZ «Интегрированное землепользование с учетом изменения климата в Центральной Азии» и «Зеленая Центральная Азия», наш проект обеспечивает обмен визитами и политические диалоги между сотрудниками охраняемых территорий из Узбекистана, Казахстана и Туркменистана. Все три страны имеют общие охраняемые территории на своих границах. Обмен и диалог укрепляют трансграничное сотрудничество по защите дикой природы и биоразнообразия.

STEERING COMMITTEE MEETING OF ECO ARAL IN TASHKENT 2022-2023
Since its launch in 2020, every year the regional project of GIZ ECO ARAL holds a Steering Committee Meeting (SCM) to discuss the implemented activities of the past year and to discuss the plans for the upcoming year. ПИЛОТИРОВАНИЕ СТРАТЕГИЧЕСКОЙ ЭКОЛОГИЧЕСКОЙ ОЦЕНКИ (СЭО) В КАЗАХСТАНЕ
Within ECO ARAL project, a pilot Strategic Environmental Assessment (SEA) of the development plans of Kyzylorda and Mangistau provinces was launched in 2022 to promote the sustainable development of the Aral Sea region. SEA is used to assess the environmental impact of activities to be implemented as part of the development strategies for sectors, territories and provinces. The pilot SEA will provide additional expert support to promote the sustainable use of natural resources in the region, as well as strengthen synergies between planning in different sectors of the economy. ПИЛОТИРОВАНИЕ СТРАТЕГИЧЕСКОЙ ЭКОЛОГИЧЕСКОЙ ОЦЕНКИ В КАЗАХСТАНЕ
В рамках проекта ECO-ARAL продолжается работа по пилотированию Стратегической экологической оценки (СЭО) в Кызылординской и Мангистауской областях. Проект в период с 7 по 9 сентября совместно с экспертами консалтинговых компаний INTEGRATION Environment & Energy, Integra Consulting, Эколайн Интернейшнл и Green Bridge провели семинары-совещания с представителями структурных подразделений двух акиматов, в котором презентованы принципы и выгоды СЭО, а также обсуждена матрица воздействия Планов развития областей на экологию. По итогам работ экспертами будут представлены отчет по СЭО и выработаны рекомендаций для улучшения Планов.
